You can pay by cash or bank transfer. Payment is requested on first day of service. If you are paying by bank transfer, this can be arranged in advance.
All prices include gst.
We do not travel in remote areas after dark due to safety concerns with local wildlife. In Winter this means not leaving before 7.00am or after 3.00pm.
We Highly recommend purchasing travel insurance, especially in winter months, as there may be unavoidable delays such as snow. We will not be liable for your missed connections if we are unable to pick you up due to weather conditions being unsafe to drive
We supply fuel and gas brands as requested or an equivalent item. We donate used gas cans to local scout and guide groups.
Return and outbound services where you do not meet the agreed service date and time and have not made a reasonable attempt to contact us to advise us of your cancellation, you will be charged 60% of the original quotation/ticket value as a no-show fee. We will ask you for credit card details when booking.
If your agreed outbound pick up time with us is missed by more than two hours, as a result of your connecting travel delays (air service arrives late) we may ask you to pay a late fee of 20% of your original quotation/ticket.
Sometimes walkers finish early, we will endeavor to meet your earlier time or as soon as possible.

Cancellations less than 48hrs from the day incur a 60% cancellation fee.
Our quotations are valid for 21 days. We will confirm by email or by telephone your booking details. You should contact us a few days prior to reconfirm your booking.
We are not responsible for you not meeting connecting transport services. You should choose to make reasonable time to connect to other services in the event that our service is delayed, as a result of circumstances beyond our control.
