You can pay by cash or bank transfer. Payment is requested on first day of service. If you are paying by bank transfer, this can be arranged in advance.
All prices include gst.

Stove Fuel Supply

We supply fuel and gas brands as requested or an equivalent item. We donate used gas cans to local scout and guide groups.


PLBs can be hired from Tasmanian National Parks Visitor Information Centres and Service Tasmania .We can provide a return service to Tas National Parks. Ideally you should hire a PLB from a supplier at home as we may not be able to guarantee availability here at all times.

No-Show Fee 60%

Return and outbound services where you do not meet the agreed service date and time and have not made a reasonable attempt to contact us to advise us of your cancellation, you will be charged 60% of the original quotation/ticket value as a no-show fee. We will ask you for credit card details when booking a one-way return journey.

Late Service Charge 20%

If your agreed outbound pick up time with us is missed by more than two hours, as a result of your connecting travel delays (air service arrives late) we may ask you to pay a late fee of 20% of your original quotation/ticket.

We will wait for your arrival, complete your service as agreed, however, we reserve the right to change or cancel due to safety concerns if we have to travel on remote country roads after dark in adverse weather conditions.
Early Exits

Sometimes walkers finish early, we will endeavour to meet your earlier time or as soon as possible.

We do our best to provide you with current information about the places we service. You can’t solely rely in this information as actual results may vary.


You should advise us well in advance of your cancellation. Cancellations on the day incur a 60% cancellation fee.

Quotations Validity Period and Confirmations

Our quotations are valid for 21 days. We will confirm by email or by telephone your booking details. You should contact us a few days prior to reconfirm your booking.

Meeting Connecting Transport Services

We are not responsible for you not meeting connecting transport services. You should choose make reasonable time to connect to other services in the event that our service is delayed, a result of circumstances beyond our control.
